What types of projects do we assist with?
NDA is experienced in developing a number of affordable housing project types including traditional rental housing and permanent supportive rental housing, both rehab and new construction, as well as lease/purchase and home-buyer projects. Additionally, we've worked on Owner Occupied Repair and infrastructure projects.
